GeoStone Retaining Walls Mobile Web

GeoStone is what is known as a second generation retaining wall system. The first generation of retaining walls were big, heavy, and often oddly shaped making the product cumbersome and not very efficient. Many of these products used methods of connection that actually would hinder the installation of the product in ways such as preventing radii, building vertical, corners, steps, and in some cases, not connecting to standard geogrids. GeoStone utilizes its large open core in what we call "Rock Interlock". This method of connection is by far, the most versatile. The core of the block is filled with a crushed stone (#57 or #67) and uses a running bond to interlock with the courses of block above and below. This method of connection is one of the most powerful in the industry.
